One of the most immediate changes that I saw with my small team was our ability to give and receive feedback in a healthy, yet real way. The impact that has had on our teammates, direct reports and superiors has changed the center point of the client-facing and internal conversations.
The big takeaway was how we engaged our customers, and looking at it from a different point of view.
