The altMBA is a 31-day online leadership workshop that celebrates our shared humanity and provides students with the skills they need to be impactful leaders and make meaningful change.
As you may have noticed, the nature of the altMBA is different from traditional education.
Our structure, the projects, the type of learning, the level of curiosity, the number of questions asked, the concept of doing rather than memorizing, the support, the way we measure growth--it’s a remarkably effective way to make change happen.
We create opportunities in a safe environment to see and be seen. No right answers, no tests, no grades. Learning is voluntary and what you put in is what you’ll get out.

With one coach for every ten students, we're able to pay attention to our students and the work they create.
Our student portal features curated resources, videos, articles, and books. Of course, it's not about secret content—the altMBA is a workshop, and your time is spent creating, critiquing and leveling up.
