After the altMBA, I feel ever more hopeful and positive about the work my company can do, and is doing, to change the world. I know I will be an even better contributor to that continued success because of the work we did in the altMBA.

The altMBA taught me that I can fit even more into my day than I thought possible, that you really can teach an old dog new tricks, and that it’s never too late to change your mind about a belief.

The best part of the altMBA was the opportunity to meet, get to know, and learn with and from talented people from all over the world. (I especially loved connecting over the video chats!).

altMBA grads are left with wanting more and continuing to stay connected to feel supported in whatever the next step toward change is for them.

The altMBA inspired me to continue to work toward the next career step at a company I love working for, to not be discouraged or dissuaded because “it's hard”, and instead to be ever more unyielding as I move toward the next goal that scares the hell out of me.

Because of the altMBA, I am better able to navigate the future.

Because of the altMBA, I am better able to recognize the dynamics of the corporation I work for/in, and, as a result, will be better able to navigate toward my next success.

The altMBA surrounded me with like-minded people who are genuinely and passionately interested in change (deliberate change, not just “for the heck of it” change).

The altMBA changed my approach—to situations and people. I now, truly, find myself approaching situations from an empathetic point of view more often than not, and not just giving lip service to it because I think I’ve already got the “right answer.”
